What I do
Find what's broken. Rebuild it. Hand it off.
One way in, and one way out. Every engagement starts with a diagnostic and ends with your team owning a system that runs without me.
The way in
Magnification
Magnification is a two-week paid diagnostic. Full access to your stack, your team, and your numbers. I read the whole revenue system from the inside, find where it's leaking, show you what it's costing, and hand you a sequenced plan for what to fix first.
It's the only way an engagement starts. No scope promises, no fixed-price guesswork, before I've actually measured yours.
What you walk away with:
A Leak Map
Every place revenue is falling out of the system, in plain language, with a dollar figure where it can be measured and a defensible estimate where it can't.
An Ownership Map
Who actually owns the CRM, the marketing platform, the email layer, reporting, and integrations today, and where the gap is. The single most useful document in most engagements.
A sequenced fix order
What to fix first, second, third, ranked by impact against effort. Not an "everything is broken" panic list. A plan your team can run.
A live walkthrough
Two hours with your exec team. The whole picture in plain language, every question answered. You own every artifact, whatever you decide next.
The way out
The build, scoped from the diagnostic
If you want me to fix it, the build is scoped directly from what the diagnostic found, so you're paying for the fix, not for consulting.
Depending on what's leaking, that can mean rebuilding the CRM to match how you actually sell, repairing the email layer so outbound stops landing in spam, wiring the integrations so the systems stop disagreeing, building reporting you can defend to the board, or standing up the marketing platform so your team can run it without an agency on retainer.
We name the outcome and the timeline up front. Then I build it and hand it to your operator.
What I don't do
This list matters as much as the one above. If any of these is what you want, we're not a fit, and saying so now saves us both the time.
Strategy decks. I rebuild systems. I don't narrate them.
Fixed-price quotes before the diagnostic. Every number before Magnification is guesswork, and I won't pretend otherwise.
Open-ended retainers with no named outcome. If we can't name what changes, we shouldn't start.
Running your system forever. My job is to make your team not need me. I document it, train your operator, and leave.
Every engagement starts the same way. Two weeks of real work, then you decide what comes next.
