The entry point

The Revenue Readiness Assessment

A fixed-scope read of your revenue system. What's leaking, what it's costing, and what to fix first. Two weeks. You keep the roadmap no matter what you decide next.

What I look at

I follow your revenue from first touch to closed deal and find where it breaks: how leads get captured and routed, whether your CRM and marketing platform actually agree, whether your email reaches the inbox, where data falls out between systems, and whether any of it is ready for the AI you want to put on top.

What you walk away with

A Leak Map: where revenue is falling out of the system, in plain terms.

An Ownership Map: the parts of the system nobody actually owns.

The cost: what the leaks are worth, in pipeline and in spend.

A sequenced fix order: what to fix first, second, third, and why.

How it works

Pricing scales with access. Full access to your systems lands at the lower end. If I have to coordinate through people instead of touching systems directly, it lands higher. The scope and number get set in a short scoping call.

After the assessment, two paths

Credit the full assessment fee toward month one of a build if we keep going. Or take the roadmap and run it yourself.
